Sandra Henne

Sandra Henne is far more than the owner and managing director of the Königshof; she is the heart and soul of the place. For decades, she has run the hotel resort with a passion that is palpable in every corner. The connection with people is especially important to her. Whether long-time regular guests or her colleagues and employees – Sandra Henne greets everyone with genuine warmth. For her, strong cooperation is the foundation upon which the special atmosphere of the Königshof rests.

Hotel Director

Lukas Neumann

Host by deepest conviction: Lukas Neumann is here for you on site. Several times a week, he personally welcomes our guests and takes time to address every concern with empathy. But he is not only a reliable anchor for our guests – he is one for his team as well: With a constant open ear, he supports his staff and ensures that the warmth of the Königshof is lived on both sides of the counter.

The good soul in the background: Vivien Kaschel supports the hotel management with organisational talent and heartfelt warmth. She coordinates internal processes and ensures smooth communication between departments – always with a smile and a clear focus on our guests’ well-being.

Josefine Graf

Arrive, breathe deeply and let go – that’s what Josefine Graf makes possible in our spa. With her expertise in all things relaxation and a fine sense for our guests’ needs, she leads the spa team. She creates a space where body and mind can come to rest in perfect harmony. She also brings this intuitive feel for people to our HR work, where she shows the same care for the well-being of our entire team.

First impressions count most: Lisa Westerdorf and her team welcome you at reception, ensuring a warm greeting and acting as your first point of contact for all questions and requests. Making sure your stay at the Königshof starts perfectly from check-in onwards is her mission.

Your journey to the Königshof begins with Kerstin Dietrich. With great patience and attention to detail, she advises our guests even before they arrive. She finds the right arrangement for every guest and makes sure that the anticipation of a holiday in Oberstaufen grows from the very first minute.
